Shopping and personalization

Your bag, pet and family profiles, and unfinished designs are saved in this browser’s local storage. They do not automatically sync between devices. Manage profiles in My pets or clear this site’s browser storage to remove local saves. When you request a product preview, we process your chosen names, illustrations and layout and may retain the resulting files privately so the same preview can be reused.

Orders and customer service

When you order, we process your contact details, shipping address, purchased design, payment status and order history to take payment, make and deliver your products, handle refunds and respond to support requests. Stripe processes card details; our store does not store full card numbers. Contacting support gives us the information you include in your message.

Service providers

We use Stripe for payments and tax calculation, Printify and its production and shipping partners for fulfillment, Google Firebase for application data and files, Vercel for hosting and performance measurement, Resend for order emails, and Google Workspace for customer support. We share the information needed for those services, such as your delivery address with fulfillment partners and your email address with email providers. These providers may process data in other countries.

Site measurements

Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights measure site visits and performance when enabled. We do not send pet names, contact details or shipping addresses as custom analytics events. We also process technical request information to protect the site against abuse and troubleshoot errors.

Retention and your choices

We retain order, payment and support records as needed to fulfill orders, handle disputes, maintain business records and meet legal obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information. Some records must be retained for legal, accounting or security reasons. Clearing browser storage does not delete records of orders already placed or server-stored previews.

The store is intended for adults making purchases. Please do not include sensitive personal information in pet names or artwork text.

We may update this policy as the store changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
